Disneyland FAQ
Which accommodation would we recommend for families of 5 or more?
- Disney’s Davy Crockett Ranch®: bungalows can accommodate up to 6 people. Please Note: clients must have their own transport.
- Other Disney Hotels: we can offer connecting rooms when booking. (Subject to availability, connecting rooms cannot always be guaranteed)
- Disney’s Newport Bay Club®: 15 family rooms can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on at "the Admiral’s Floor". Prices differ from standard rooms.
- My Travel’s Explorers Hotel: Most of the rooms for 4 persons have connecting "cabin rooms" fitted with a set of bunk beds and can accommodate 6 people in total.
Are the Disney® Parks open all year round?
- YES. Please consult opening hours as these vary according to seasons.
Where can we meet the Disney® Characters?
- Every morning, as the Parks open.
- They also appear at certain times throughout the day, at the parades and shows.
- "Meet and Great" Photo Location areas in the Disney® Parks allow you to meet and take pictures with the Disney Characters.
For further information, consult the Disneyland® Park Map, the Walt Disney® Studios Map or to ask any Cast Member (Disney employee).
Are animals accepted at Disneyland® Resort Paris?
- For health and safety reasons, animals are not allowed to enter the Disney Parks, with the exception of guide dogs. Cats and dogs will be welcome in the kennel near the Visitors Car Park.
Is there anything new to do and see at Disneyland® Resort Paris?
New at Disneyland® Park this year:
New Attraction: Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast from April 8th 2006.
Can we organise conferences at Disneyland® Resort Paris?

Where you should get your entrance tickets for the Disney Parks?
- If you have booked a package WITHOUT TRANSPORT: you may get your tickets at check-in to their hotel.
- If you have booked a package WITH TRANSPORT:
- Without the Disney Express option: guests will collect their Disney Park tickets on check-in at their hotel.
- With the Disney Express option: guests will collect their Disney Park tickets at the "Disney Express Counter" upon arrival. This "counter" is situated on the top floor of the "Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy" mainline train
Can we book accommodation for teenagers aged from 15 to 17 years old, unaccompanied by an adult?
- Reminder: children under 15 years must be accompanied by their parents, their legal representatives, or another person over 18 designated by his/her parents.
- For teenagers aged from 15 to 17 years old not accompanied by an adult: you must provide Disneyland® Resort Paris reservation department with a letter of consent signed by their parents or legal representatives.
- Should this letter not be received: Disneyland Resort Paris will cancel the reservation and apply the appropriate cancellation fees in accordance with the general sales conditions.
- Packages: packages with transport will be sold with the same sales conditions as packages without transport.
- Hotels: certain hotels at the resort do not accept teenagers unaccompanied by an adult: Holiday Inn, Kyriad, Mövenpick Dream Castle, Pierre & Vacances Holiday Résidence Val d’Europe.
- Reservation for a group of children/teenagers:
1 adult is required for 8 children aged from 3 to 11 years old.
1 adult is required for 10 teenagers aged from 12 to 17 years old.
